These teams have earned their spot based on their performance and standing in the ESL rankings within their respective regions. From this stage, eight teams will advance to join the eight invited squads in the Group Stage.

Next, the remaining 16 teams will engage in another double-elimination bracket across two groups. Three top-performing teams from each group will secure their place in the Playoffs at Spodek Arena.
