In a surprising move, Premier League newcomers Luton Town have secured the signature of highly-experienced midfielder Ross Barkley on a free transfer. The former Chelsea and England international recently parted ways with French club Nice.

Having represented his country in 33 matches, Barkley’s addition brings unmatched experience at the highest level to the Hatters’ squad. Manager Rob Edwards expressed his excitement about having someone with both international exposure and an X-factor join their ranks.
