    Jamal Murray provided ample support for Denver with his own impressive performance as he contributed 31 points to their winning effort. Four other players also reached double digits for the Nuggets who looked like they were going to run away with things after taking a commanding 72-54 lead at half-time.

    However, LeBron James and Anthony Davis weren’t about to let this one slip away so easily for the Lakers. They rallied back from being down by as much as twenty-one points and cut it down to just three in fourth quarter before ultimately falling short against a determined Denver side.

    In recent news from San Antonio Spurs which awarded them first overall pick in next month’s NBA draft has made headlines all around. This puts them at pole position for grabbing highly rated French teenager Victor Wembanyama–a once-in-a-generation talent expected by many experts.

    The seven-foot-three-inch forward averaged an impressive stat line of 22 points per game along with eleven rebounds and three blocks for Metropolitans92 during this year’s French Pro League season.

    “I can’t really describe it; my heart’s beating,” said Wembanyama upon hearing that he could be joining the San Antonio Spurs. “I’ve got everyone I love around me, it’s a really special moment that I’m going to remember for the rest of my life.”

    Spurs general manager Brian Wright expressed his eagerness at acquiring Wembanyama and praised him for being a great team-mate with unique talent, professionalism and approach.

    The upcoming NBA draft is already anticipated by many as fans eagerly await to see how teams stack up against each other in this year’s selection process.
