Jordon Mutch Signs with Crawley Town

Crawley Town, currently facing difficulties in League Two, has enlisted former Cardiff City, QPR, and Crystal Palace midfielder Jordon Mutch until the season’s end. The 31-year-old had been without a club since parting ways with Australian A-League team Macarthur FC in May of last year.

Mutch, who has played in various countries such as Canada, South Korea, and Norway, had his last English football appearance with Reading in a 7-1 loss against Norwich in April 2017. Crawley director of football Chris Galley stated on the club website, “We’ve been monitoring him for a while. He’s a quality player with a vast amount of experience.”

Joining Crawley, currently ranked 23rd in League Two and just two points from safety, Mutch may debut for the Reds in their match against Northampton this Saturday.
