    Blanc recounted instances where she faced skepticism from fellow board members regarding her business experience despite holding key positions in FTSE100 companies. She also brought attention to discussions within the board about reducing sanctions for a member who made a misogynistic comment.

    Tierney found Blanc’s resignation and leaving speech shocking but expressed the desire to meet with her in order to understand and learn from her experiences. Tierney hopes that Blanc may consider returning to the WRU, although it would ultimately be Blanc’s decision.
