Theo Cabango undergoes shoulder surgery, sidelining Cardiff winger
Cardiff Wing Theo Cabango Ruled Out; Owen Lane and Josh Adams Nearing Return
In a blow to Cardiff’s rugby campaign, their talented wing Theo Cabango will be absent from the field for an extended period of time due to undergoing shoulder surgery. The young 21-year-old suffered this unfortunate injury during their recent match against Scarlets on November 4th.
However, there is some positive news for the team as back Owen Lane is making steady progress in his recovery from a rib injury. Fans can expect to see him back in action soon. Additionally, Wales’ star winger Josh Adams, who was sidelined with a shoulder problem, is anticipated to make his return within the next month.
The team also expects prop Keiron Assiratti’s imminent comeback along with back row player and captain Josh Turnbull returning to full training sessions.
Aiming for a comeback during the Christmas derbies are James Botham and Aled Summerhill who have been recovering from hamstring injuries.
