A noteworthy fact is that while Donington Park hosted an F1 race, it was not the famed British Grand Prix.Surprising as it may be,the 1993 European Grand Prix took place at Donington Park,where Ayrton Senna emerged victorious. The British Grand Prix itself unfolded at Silverstone.
