Arsenal Set Sights on Morgan Rogers
Arsenal have identified 23-year-old Aston Villa and England midfielder Morgan Rogers as their top attacking target and are expected to make an approach. The move could cost more than £100m.
The pursuit lands at a busy moment for Villa, who also face outbound interest in other positions and a bid from Juventus for Emiliano Martinez.
Transfer Interest Across the Premier League
Mohamed Salah will continue his career in Turkey, with the 34-year-old Egypt forward set to sign for Besiktas.
Manchester United are looking at Nottingham Forest wing-back Neco Williams, with the 25-year-old Wales international able to play on either flank.

Villa and Juventus Negotiations
Juventus have offered Aston Villa 6.5m euros for 33-year-old Argentina goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez. That bid is worth £5.5m.
Villa want 12m euros for the keeper, equivalent to £10.2m. The two figures leave a gap between offer and asking price.
Bayern Munich have given 31-year-old Portugal midfielder Joao Palhinha more time until he has to return to the club. He is no longer part of Vincent Kompany’s plans, and Aston Villa are interested in him.
Celta Vigo and Guinea midfielder Ilaix Moriba, 23, has been offered to Sunderland, Crystal Palace, Nottingham Forest, Aston Villa and Hull. He could be available for around 20m euros, or £17m.
Spurs Squad Reshuffle
Tottenham are interested in signing Netherlands winger Crysencio Summerville from West Ham, with the 24-year-old likely to be available after the Hammers were relegated.
Spurs’ summer signing spree means some players will have to leave, with Argentina defender Cristian Romero, 28, likely to go.

Manchester United and Newcastle United are interested in Eintracht Frankfurt’s 22-year-old Sweden midfielder Hugo Larsson, but neither club has made an offer yet.
